College (DUN DUN DUN)

Yep. Starting college in two weeks. Completely forgot about my Deviantart page but I am literally just about to post a ton of art that I did forever ago but kept forgetting to post. I've been out of drawing for forever and I regret it but I literally cannot motivate myself to get back into it. Sorry for any of you who were wondering where I was. I'm doing great. Going to keep trying to get back into things more actively. Stay tuned!

Inactive again

As usual I have been inactive because of school and now that summer is here I'm taking it. I really want to enjoy my last summer break before I graduate and have to go to college. Going to be a Senior when school starts back up.
I'm hopefully going to get back into drawing soon but right now I'm just checking DA for cool art and adding more stuff to my favorites.
On the bright side one of my friends (who is an absolute sweetheart) bought me a $30+customized pencil for my Birthday which is coming up soon. He lives an hour away and can only come to visit about once every few months so he says he's going to try and come to visit shortly after my Birthday to get the pencil for me. I haven't known him for more than 2 months but he caught on that I loved art and drawing when I actually have time so he ordered the pencil and made sure it was made with my two favorite colors.
I've been doing really well and had a lot of fun for my Junior year in High School. I got to do a lot of new things. Hope you guys are having a fabulous year!

Excitement

So just recently I pre-ordered the Lightning Returns Final Fantasy XIII collector's edition and I'm super excited for it to arrive and not only that but I've entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win a Lightning Returns custom made PS3 or Xbox 360 with controllers, brand new copies of the first two Final Fantasy XIII's, a t-shirt with the LRXIII logo and title on it, and a cool keychain with Lightning's Savior Emblem. I probably don't stand a chance but I'm really hoping to win it! 
On a more relative note to DA... I've drawn a few pictures but I obviously haven't posted them yet. (BUT I WILL SOON)
I've been doing pretty well and I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and New Year!

So in short the reasons why I haven't posted anything...
-the internet is pretty bad where I live
-my devices (tablet, phone) are giving me tons of crap when I try to post art
-I have art to post and I have been drawing but reason number two says why I can't
-I don't have time to draw but when I do.. I forget or I get lazy (sorry)
Here's what I've been up to
-school
-taking art classes in school
-drawing
-homework
-sleeping and eating
-more school
Not much to say but I'm still alive
I'll post what I can when my phone or tablet cooperates.

Sooooo yeah sorry I've been inactive.. I've just been so unmotivated to draw and when I do, my tablet won't let me post my drawings because the internet craps out and the tablet just gives me DA access crap... they haven't been my friends. So I got my mom's laptop to do some updating but it will take a while until I post my latest drawings.. I'm just trying to enjoy the summer while it lasts
oh and I felt like explaining this.... when you see my new signature with my comments you might wonder what it is about..
I have these two friends and they're brother and sister and they're teens
they just so happen to be unusual people in an awesome way
they are huge anime fans/otakus and they just make life interesting for everyone
The brother is older and he happens to often ask philosophical questions and speak very wisely he is also very calm and kind like a gentleman but his sister is loud sassy and sometimes bossy... and so one day while sitting with his equally witty and clever sister, the brother states:
"Men are complicated creatures..
or maybe they're not complicated enough"
to which his sister replies: "or maybe they're not creatures"
Brother: ...
Sister: ...
Brother: ...
Sister: "I don't think that was an okay thing to say"
Brother: "I don't think so either"
SO I found it humorous enough to post on here... I just love those two. Always speaking to eachother like such and laughing and referencing anime all the time... They're awesome people.
